From our breads, soups, dressings and hand-cut fries, to roasting our own meats and vegetables, the bulk of our menu is made from scratch each day on site. We use only natural, fresh ingredients. Creating our own recipes allows control of the flavor and nutrient value of every menu item. Our mission has always been to make our food as healthy as possible without compromising taste. Silvergreens allows you to eat responsibly and indulgently at the same time.

Silvergreens will also be the first restaurant in Santa Barbara to be certified as a Green Restaurant. Sustainability is a worthy goal for the environment, our community, and your lifestyle. Not only will Silvergreens demonstrate green efforts within its daily operations, but the construction underway will take into account this green vision as well.
